Returns & Refunds
Any UN-OPENED item may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for a full product refund or exchange with no questions asked. Buyer must pay return shipping back. Call Aqua Sports Technology for return authorization number at 1800 893-9677 or 530 268-7310. Items returned without authorization number will be refused.
Used products cannot be returned without written email consent from management in advance and must include authorization numbers. We want you to be satisfied. Call us if you have problems and we will talk with you about a solution. 20% restocking fee may apply.
Returns Purchased from Dealer
If you purchased your Island Hopper product from a dealer on line, you must directly contact the dealer you purchased from to inquire about returns. If the return is sent directly back to manufacturer without written authorization by Island Hopper, the shipment will be refused and sent back to you.
Warranty Policy
Island Hopper products are built to last and go thru rigorous inspections prior to boxing. We experience very few warranty inquiries. All warranties on any defective items will be honored by Island Hopper directly. Please read our warranty policy (SEE OWNERS MANUALS) before contacting Island Hopper.
Island Hopper Products must be registered in our system within 30 days of purchase as indicated in our instruction manual. Register now by filling out the contact us page.
